Best Brand Of Creatine

Hey bros,

I just ran out of my creatine (prolab) and was wondering if anyone could suggest a good brand to use..im not interested in muscletech and brands of that nature..as I can make my own at home for way less..

I heard a lot of good things about NO-XPLOD... but if you want to spend a little money VPX Plasma Expander is the f****** bomb..

I tried Celltech, to me it was a waste of money, I saw no results..... however, like I said Plasma Expander worked wonders by VPX, but I am going to try NO-Explode and see if it works.

The VitaminShoppe brand stuff (Body Tech) is $12.94 for 18 oz. Is there any difference in the absorption of creatine from one brand or another, or is it all hype?

Also does anyone know why not to take creatine with acidic juices? Cause I've heard that, but our stomachs are full of acid. I could never quite figure this one out.

hey bro try out creatine ethyl ester from *************.....thats what im gonna try next but i swear NO-Explod is awesome.......I was doing back today. I started off with 2 warmups of full dead lifts and then i did 1/4 deads and the pump i got in my lower back was soo crazy i was in pain!! My strength is amazing, pumps are awesome and the vascularity just makes me wanna workout more and more!

Vitargo CGL by Nutrex is the fastest results but also its very expensive.

the difference between the 2 is that the no-xplode is for pre workout and the cellmass is for post workout.. the cellmass is supposed to contain a new form or type of creatine that helps your post workout recovery.. i ordered it to try.. just waiting for it in the mail.. i take no-xplode a bit pricey but does the job..

couldn't you buy argitine (sp) and use a basic creatine powder to get the same effect as no-xplode??....isnt it just combining the effects of NO2 and creatine?? if so this would be way less expensive...

can anyone else give any LOW cost creatine...im not about to pay 30-40buck on creatine..I will just buy a bottle of test and be done with it..lol..

How bout the Creatine Ethel Ester from TrueProtein.com? It looks really inexpensive, and I think that's what CellMass uses.

Yeah, I just got my order in the mail like 10 min ago. The stuff dissolves completely, unlike regular creatine. It tastest like **** tho.

im not trying to come off as a d!ck but I dont understnad why are you going to complain about No-explode's cost its on all sports nutrition for $33.46 for 40 servings, add shipping, not much more than a dollar a serving, i dont know im a full college student and i work and the price isnt so scary to me, especially for something thats is going to give you results. Yeah you can make it yourself and save 10 dollars, id rather pay the extra ten and not have to mix powders and probably spill them all over the place.

I have tried almost all of them. I have to give props to optimum nutrition "creapure" good old plain creatine, take with some juice, 100mg of r-ala and 1000mg of Arginine. Works for me, plus ayears supply is like $70. IMO their protein is good too.Sg1

I use creatine from either higher power 100% pure monohydrate (1000g is only $20 @ bodybuilding .com) 0r I use AST micronized creatine ( 1000g is only $28 @ getbuff.com)

They are both good and I have seen good results from both. I personally like the micronized alittle better even though its alittle more $$.

I tried san v12 recently and didn't notice anything better than what I do when i am on either of these.
