4-OHT Dosage?

Sorry, but I've searched this topic and can't find anything definitive. (Maybe my skills in that area are lacking.) Anybody know what the typical 4-OHT dosage is when taken alone and when stacking? If I stack, I'm thinking I'll do it with 4AD and/or 1,4Andro. Thanks.

It goes great in a transdermal mix of 4ad and 4oht its not really a huge mass type drug but more of a steady lbm creator and it will take care of any bloat that the 4ad will cause try around 400mg+ of 4ad and 150mg+ of 4oht.

Do you mean make your own transdermal carrier formula?

Or just mixing the powder into a premade gel or slovent formula?

If already bought a carrier best ive seen around is penetrate for 14 bucks 8oz

But 4ad can be tricky withit because of pour solubility then id suggest a gel like customs T-Gel.

anyway get a glass jar big enough to fit and pour formula into it heat in pot of boiling water for a little while then turn off heat add powder in 2-3 gram incriments(Note this is very important) then stir and shake if nessesary until it dissolves then reapeat.

Most gels offer up to 15 grams solubility.
