Yohimbe(MAO) and ephedra

I did a search on this but found no real answere. I have read that MAO inhbitating substances and ephedra can possibly be a lethal combination and Yohimbe is a MAOI

But still many run Yohimbe and ephedra togheter. Is this realy safe? Is the MAO inhibitating properties of Yohimbe so low that they dont become a danger :unsure:

What is a good Yohimbe dosage to run btw? 10-15mg/day I have read is that correct :unsure: Im planing on running it nonstop from 12th january all the way to 12th may. Or do I need to cycle it??

An effective dose would be around 5 mg's of YOHIMBINE. (not yohimbe)

Funny at the swedish webshop its named Yohimbe hcl with that exact spelling. the yohimbe is extracted from the yohimbe(Pausinystalia Yohimbe) tree in africa. Is this the same as Yohimbine just a different spelling??

Its sold as a sex drive increaser and not as bodybuilding supplement.

Yohimbine and yohimbe are different. Yohimbine is the one you want for fat loss.

ahh just read the product name is yohimbe but the ingredient is 99% pure yohimbine.

5mg a day. Isnt that pretty low?

Anything more for Yohimbine and you could have so problems. Yohimbe is dosed higher because it generally is standardized to a low level of yohimbine. I wouldn't go over 5 mg each dose of yohimbine, i like to use it twice daily with my ECY stack. Not 3 times or else i can't get to sleep at night.

Actually now that i re-read what you initially said, 10-15 mg/day isn't abnormal. But most take it along with ephedrine/norephedrine and caffeine for a cutting stack. I wouldn't recomend taking all 10-15 mg at once though.

I dont know about you, yet when I was using the eca+y stack I would sweat walking around in the mall like I was jogging. In the gym I looked like I was working out in a sauna. I wouldnt recommend taking it before going out or something relevent for the night. I also used green tea extract also

That should happen with all cutting stacks that contain a thermogenic.
