    difference between b12?

    whats the difference between oral b12 and injectable b12?

    Oral b-12 gets chewed up by your GI tract before it can be absorbed and utilized. Injectable b-12 doesn't go through your GI tract so its bioavailability is much higher.

    You would have to take a ridiculous number of pills each day for it to be effective.
