ive taken ZMA for about a year.

No water retention, no gyno. I dont think its possible with any of them, test increases arent enough from them to warrant any gyno or retention.

i know that ZMA is only supposed to up your natural test production by a max of 33%

Plus if you notice symptoms you can stop they half a 24 hour half life

Not likely, but some people get gyno without even using anything. So it is still possible to get your test levels to a point where it will aromatize. Go to a doctor if your suspecting you might have gyno.
