    Human Growth Complex reviews?

    I was wondering if anyone has every taken Human Growth Complex by Ultra Lab... http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/ultra/hmen.html I just wanted to know if it's any good or worth trying. I am trying to gain a lot of mass i'm currently 198 lbs trying to reach a solid 220. While keeping everything you could buy at your local GNC or Vitamin Shoppe, are there any suggestions other than what i'm already taking which is NO2, Creatine, Protein, and multivitamins? Thanx.

    Oral GH supps are a waste of time they do NOT work.

    And NO2 is a waste of money, its just over-priced arginine. Save the money from arginine and get AAKG.
