    Question on supplements & these products i might buy, need your info!!!

    Okay these are the supplmenst im thinking about getting. Your thoughts on them please. Also i have a couple questions: should i get glultimaine(bad spelling i think) and use it to??? i heard the stuff doesnt really work unless your really sick and would be a waste of money. also i heard its not nessecary to do the loading phase on creatine . i heard it was just away to get u to buy more of it, so do i need to load on it???? next im really looking for your thoughts on the products i have picked out. really wanna here what u think about MRP i have choosen. need alots of reply's

    Are you talking about L-Glutamine, if so it's not for this sick only, cause Jay Cutler takes it and he does not look to sickly to me. If your gonna get Glutamine look for Glumtamine peptides cause their the best. As far as the potion your looking at, I'm sure it might help a little after a workout but don't be looking in the mirror everyday expecting miracles off that .

    To be honest with you I don't know? It's Hardsh*t to find really. This site has a link to some L-glutamine with a good price. However, your going to need an empty stomach when taking. Are have you done a cycle before or are you looking to stay natural?

    Just use regular whey protein, a multivitamin and creatine monohydrate. Thats all you need. www.allthewhey.com has very good protein and good prices too. Creatine you can get anywhere, just get creatine monohydrate.

    I got EAS glutamine and its not that bad. A little expensive but not horrible. Tasteless too.I try to take atleast 15grams a day though sometimes more after a intense workout.
