best meal replacement
im trying to find a meal replacement with a decent tase but high in calories and protein. does anyone have any suggestions

I honestly like strawberry Myoplex. Not that high in calories but very good tasting.

Make your own. A multivitamin & 25 g micellar casein, 25 g whey protein, 75-100 g Maltodextrin. Alot cheaper and probably better tasting than most weight gainers.

Myoplex is expensive.

I like the blueberry Nitro-Tech protien bars. Low in sugar (4g) - 36 grams of protien @ 290 overall calories. There are a ton of great whey protien mixes as well for shakes.

Muscle Milk is considered a meal replacement...Tastes great but i don't recommend it if you are cutting.
