Make sure you are getting enough potassium/magnesium to begin with and limit your sodium intake. Potassium pulls water into the cells but too much sodium will draw water out of the cells which is not desired. Do not exceed the 4 caps daily too.
Take 500mg of postassium ed on an empty stomach before bed.

Oh ok. Yeah bro sounds to me like you need more potassium. Take 500mg ed before bed on an empty stomach. If that doesn't do the trick, then add some taurine to your diet. Take 2 grams ed in the morning.
