I have a friend that used thermogain and ALA for the first time last night and woke up in the middle of the night with swelling around his lips. It went down in the morning and he took them again to see if that was the cause. Anyone know if there is anything in the thermogain or ALA that could cause this effect? He also had cottage cheese before bed but didn't eat it again today.
