yea im wonderin the same thing to bro! cause im ordering mine in a PO box! what happens if they arrive in the mail kinda late will i get arrested!
The government can prosecute if they wish they have every right to. But It is highly highly unlikely that they will go after you guys for such small portions. Im sure they are only looking into the purchases right now that are kilo and above for distribution purposes. They arent going to have a specific task force set up or anything.
As for it ariving after the 20th then im sure if they do notice it that they will confiscate it an destroy it.
