    Unhappy prolab weight gainer

    has anyone used prolab's N large weight gainer? how did it work for u and what flavor do u suggest. which would u recomend prolab or ON's serious mass

    Make your own. Mix 100 grams of dextrose/maltodextrin with 50 grams of protien.
