I have read the faqs here and other sites information, but need help figuring out exactly how much of each i should take per week. As the ban approaches id like to buy a decent amount of both 1-ad and 4-ad and do a light cycle first. Im planning on a 4 week cycle, im not looking to go heavy at all for my first time, and am planning to use 6-oxo for PCT. I follow a very strict diet and do not drink.
if i remember right the 1-ad does is 3 times aday
i ran it at 600mg aday and 600mg of 4ad. How old are you and
how much do you weigh?
and you wanna run it 6 weeks .
ALSO 6-oxo is not good enough for pct you wanna run nolva and clomid .
im 20, i currently weigh 164, i was thinking about doing 500mg at most a day my first time, and taking the 4-AD transdermally but i cant find how much 4-AD to take per mg of 1-AD.Quote:

hes right 1-ad with pct with 6-oxo is fine but a stack might need something more powerful....At the dosage youre taking......
so you think 6-oxo is definatly enough if i max at 500 mg a day? I just want to be sure, from what i read 6-oxo should be fine for what im doing, but if i need something different ill get it.Quote:
