Question about using vitamin b-6 for prolactin induced gyno...

During my m1t cycle i started to develope puffy nips and i was told that it was possibly caused by prolactin and that i should supp with b-6 for a while to help rid this problem. Im wonderin what has been proven to be effective(mg wise on b-6). Also, i even read somewhere that b-6 can be very toxic at high levels. How many mg's daily and how long would guys think one should supp with b-6? Im startin today and im really hopin i get rid of this problem. Thx in advance. Peace!
