ECA dosage and general question

I plan on making my own ECA, and I think I will be taking between 75-100mg of Ephedrine a day, but how much Caffeine should I be taking in? And is the asprin really necessary? If so, why, and at what dosage should it be taken?

the asprin is thrown in to thin the blood and yes it is necessary

aspirin does nothing in an ECA stack..

comming from a bio and chem research guru at a university on the coast.

the claim that it slows down or reduces the bodies adaption rate is BS

Replace the aspirin with 5mg of yohimbine.

Okay, another question, but didn't want to start another thread, I know when using ECA to spread it out into 3 doses, but what about clen ? All at once, or 2-3 doses? It doesn't tell in the handbook.

You don't have to split your clen dosages. However some people do because they find it easier to deal with the side effects when they do. When I did clen, I just did it all at once after I did my AM cardio. Took 4g of taurine with it and 300mg of potassium before bed on empty stomach.

Hey bro, I read in the steroid forum that clen kills off heart cells, and then builds up collagen in the heart. So I dont know if I'm gonna use clen again. I thought I should tell you that.
