How many Grams of Creatine do you take and how long?

Hey bros just wondering how long do yall run Creatine? I was thinking about running it for 6 months on or possibly one month on one month off. How much do yall take a day? Just wondering. BTW im taking 10g a day

5-10g aday

i usually run it 3 weeks on one week off, but thats just me .

I do 5g a day. 6 weeks on, 3 weeks off.

Should creatine really be cycled....is there any benifit...I do 1-500gram container then which to M1t for 4 weeks then back on creatine...but I never really new if I should ever get off the creatine at all. :unsure:

10-15 grams a day. I just stay on. Mark

There is no evidence that supports that creatine should be cycled, but I like to get it out of my system occasionaly and give the kidneys a breather.

Do yo take it during the days you dont workout also?

Yea, every day, 5g, and i dont cycle it, its not bad for you as long as you drink enough water....
