I do cardio in the AM and Lift in the PM. I take it before and after I lift but what about before i do cardio and after???

Depends if you are trying to burn fat or just get fit. If you want to burn fat you should do it in the AM on a completely empty stomach
I do cardio in the AM, i wanted to know when to take the BCAA and Glutamine when i do cardio
take glutamine in no more than 2.5 grams at a time, otherwise the kidneys activate and catch all of it. I take it 3-4 times a day.
I always take one dose before bed since it elevates growth hormone.
