im looking at spreading it out 3 times aday (i weigh about 220)
try both I hear takeing 20mg about 30-45mins before workout gives somewhat more strength and a slight amp.

if its only about 6 hours or alittle more then wouldn't it be best to split the doses through out the day to keep it in your system?? I won't be running my cycle for a little while but I was going to take 15-20mg aday and maybe split the pills and take even doses 2 or 3 times a day. I am gonna stack it and I only weigh about 165lbs so I don't think I'll need over 20mgs a day right.
read the stickies here theres like 4-5 test subjects that ran superdrol and different doses.
