Welcome to the board bro, first of all the best fat burner out there is 45 mins of cardio a day on an empty stomach combined with a low fat diet. Similar to what seanw said...

A clean diet, with cardio in the AM on an empty stomach works wonders....

Check out the Cutting Sticky in the diet forum... and go here:
    Supplements While Cutting

Once you get that down, you can look into other things... Clen /T3/DNP (careful here, do your research!!!!)

Also, nothing gets rid of stretch marks... you can only make them less visable...

    Welcome to AR.....

I thought that many women rubbed Vitamin E on their stomachs, during pregnancy, to help prevent stretch marks.

    thats correct
clen and EC are effective fat burners
(though you posted EAY- typically meaning ephedrine aspirin yohimbine- which people do- not necessarily wisely- stack)

no to vitamin E topical for fat loss
yes to vitamin E topical for stretch marks
