M1t and ECA question

ok im def not fat.. im about 5'7", 180lbs..approx 14-15%bf... the most of my body fat would probably be in my lower abs and sides of my stomach.. theres not that much but id like to actually have abs showing so i want to lose a few lbs.. i want to take an eca stack and also im preparing to take my m1t cycle..do you guys recommend me to take the eca before or after m1t? i was thinking to take it 4 weeks before the m1t because i was planning on running creatine and arginine during my pct.... what do yous think? tell me if im wrong..

So your gonna run ECA, wait 4 weeks and then start M1T?

wait like a 2 week, The BP of ECA is not cool mix with M1T

but run one by one is fine

get some hawthorne berry extract, ED with ECA and M1T and the cycle off

hawthorne berry extract cost like 3-5 $ and you can get it at next Walmart

Depending on his cardio shape he could run it up to the day he starts M1t and a couple days after he stops.

I ran an eca stack during my first M1T cycle and only got dizzy when I was really pushing it, doing cardio... Althou on this last cycle I left it out.. Althou I am in great shape cardio wise.

it will be my first time ever taking a fat burner..i got HBE...i was basically just wondering if i should try to lose the fat before or after the m1t cycle..

lose fat before m1t :)

You know that by building muscles, you´ll burn fat..

so you will also be losing fat during m1t bulking .-)
