Powder Dosage?

I bought Taurine in powder form. How much is what? With measuring using a tea spoon? I use 1/5 teaspoon now and it seems to work in my shake after working out... I've look'd up others threads and it seems I'm the only one not using tablets.. Thanks

I started a thread a couple of weeks ago about crampling to a crippling degree and as my lazy azz thought it was poss. and taurine depletion, and thats fixed it. thanks for everyones input thou.
