is there one certain brand of protien better than the other???

what i mean is the cheap protien just as good as the expensive brands??? for example vp2 by ast claims there protien is the best out there??? but it only comes in 3lbs and its over 30bucks from dps, but they also have ulitimate nutrion has protien comes in 5lbs and its 20 bucks, so what your opions on this topic????

Cheap ones use whey protein concentrate in most cases. More expensive brands use whey protein isolate.

I use myoplex and that seems to taste good and works well, it doesnt upset my stomach like the cheap ones do.
