Hi, my girlfriend is really interested in taking trimspa and she absolutely does not need it. Im just trying to find information to show her actual evidence that 1 - she doesnt need it and 2- its just not good for you
shes about 5'3" 110 and goes to the gym at least 3-4 times a week and is in pretty decent shape...shes just trying to lose those few extra lbs that make her think she looks fat (she is far from it)

its not too bad if she dosent over do it! get her to do more cardio.

Honestly nothing...but like every female out there, she feels she needs to tighten up and maybe lose some stuff around the midsection and glutes...all within her reach with a nice diet and cardio...i just cant seem ti find anything on the web about the neg effects of things such as trimspa...
