    dextrose nutrition facts?

    ive been looking for the calories and carbs per serving, anyone know?

    Carbohydrates have 4 calories per gram. So 1 gram of dextrose has 4 calories.

    So you need 12.5 tsp to get 40grams for one pwo serving.. And you need another 40grams of moxidexrin(sp)
