Shoul Nola and Clomid be tookin on an empty stomach...??

Startin pct today,, but daymmm this stuff is awefull,,tryin to ingest. I was tinkin about ryin to mix it with hawain punch or something flavorfull. Is i recomended that they be tookin on empthy stomachs or should it be tookin with food?? Thx

u can take it an hour after u eat ! ............ although i take it on an empty stomach and feel pretty good

you will get the full benifits if you take it with food , mix it in O.J.
or fruit juice that what i did , and then the stuff i got from AR-R was better in taste so i did not mix it

Never experienced any digestive issues. I take it whenever, but prefer to take on an empty stomach with grapefruit juice. Any citrus juice does a great job masking the taste.
