    tongkat ali dosage?

    how much of this per day is gonna do the job, i heard 4 grams a day gives realli good results.

    I've read that 1 to 1.4 grams is a sufficient dose. But I'm certainly no expert. Look up Long Jack on www.1fast400.com. There's some info there on dosage.
