Nobody's really gonna know what the best brand is, but I've heard a lot of good things about Cre2 from Thermolife(caps). Go by whatever the bottle says on how much to take, and you don't have to cycle creatine.

i prefer powder, monohydrate is great, look for ionized too.

i take with water, or juice if im doing after a workout for some good sugars

5g a day, imo, 'loading phase' is a waste
