    Another Creatine Ethyl Ester ?

    sorry guys i know the supplement forum has been overwhelmed with questions about Creatine Ethyl Ester, only thing i really wanna know and haven't really found in other threads, is how much do those who are running it or have take a day, gonna be switching to CEE very shortly, and i'm getting the powder, wondering if 5g once a day is significant, and do most take it 30min before your workout?

    I would take 3g before and after your workout, followed by a whey/simple carbs. That is unless you are cutting. A pre workout shake could be something fairly small, 20g protein and 20-40g of carbs (depending on bodyweight) The PWO shake should be roughly double in both categories.
