Id drop the CLA and glutamine. Fish Oil is much more beneficial and costs a hell of a lot less.

I just dont think the cost of CLA at an effective dosage and the results, even at an effective dosage is not worth the price tag. As for the flax/fish/boarage I would cut it down to just fish oil. Flax is sort of like the prohormone to fish oil. And it converts at a poor rate. I do like to grind up flaxseeds and add them to my oatmeal for taste, but for EFAs fish oil is the only one u need.
