Potent CLA has worked for some colleagues of mine and they have been monitoring every aspect of body mass, diet and training. I think you just have to make sure your getting a good product and not some bunk bottle of crap. Best way is to go with a reasonably priced and well-known/repected manufacturer. If they are known to have good products then go with them, most lower priced products are not as effective as the ones by the reputable companies.

most of the studies done where there were positive affects was using a different isomer than the ones commercially available. For fat loss, or general health for that matter, IMO money is better invested in fish oil, Sesathin, and possibly e/c.
