recently read about ZMA.. but i dont know if its just crap... anyone used it? if my mult vitamin already contains zinc an magnesium an tons of b6.. whats the point in taking this?

I found that taking it helped me sleep better and not be as sore. Might have just been a placebo effect, but IDK.
