Flax has the omega 3's in it. Olive oil just has the monounsatured oleic acid in it.
Olive oil has some health benefits, flax has much more.
And as far as canola oil if your wondering, it's neutral as far as good or bad.
I use Udo's Choice oil cuz it doesnt taste bad. Flax tastes like bitter dirt.

To much olive oil can make you fat. It would be hard to get fat of of Flax or Udo's

flax has to convert to epa/dha, and does so poorly. It is sort of a "prohormone" to fish oil. So why even take it? Too much flax will make you fat too. Concentrate your fat sources on monos (olive oil, etc) and get in the proper efa's from fish. I also like seathin, which is not a fat, but a lingan. It has a host of benefits which include it being a potent antioxidant, increases insulin sensitivity, improves cholesterol, and does so more ptently than fish oil. It also helps keep me leaner by increasing fatty acid oxidation and adipogenic gene expression.

Where can i buy flax oil or udos oil? Are these 2 the same? i never heard of Udo's oil, hmmmm.
