It is good for endurance and recovery. Not really a por man's creatine per se. Creatine is good for short anaerobic power burst. CM will helo while lifting, it can make sessions productive for longer, help you in a higher rep range (8-15), clear lactic acid, and make recovery quicker between sets. Best results are noticed from 6-8 grams per day.
