Im 7 days into my m1t/4ad cycle and have began to lose my appitite. I feel like ****, my stomach hurts, lower back hurts, feels like I need to puke all the time. Have to work to eat which has never been a problem before. I realize that the prohormones will do nothing without the proper diet so what can i do to get my appitite back. I didnt think that m1t would affect me cause on 1ad i eat like a horse. Lethargy hasnt got to me yet hopefully it wont i just wanna be able to eat/feel better.
Just stick to the game plan, the stomach upset and back pain will subside with time. Just force food down no matter what, your stomch should only be f*cked up for about another week or so judging by the experiences Ive had with that stuff.
Try eating caloric dense foods like whole wheat bagels, nuts, olive oil, etc. Also at night try an antihistamine like benadryl, and you will be hungry as it kicks in, and then again in the morning.
Swoll, I had the same sides. I stuck through it and they went away after a week or so.
you could smoke pot, it will help settle your stomach and make you hungry, dont go over board tho man.

well sort of, but i wasent taking m1t
no food appealed to me
i would somtimes puke, especially when i burshed my teeth, it was very weird
i tryed to eat out more because nothing in my house would make me want to eat

b 12 is an option. Anti-Histamines are known to stimulate the appetite. I take 2 or 3 at night for my allergies, and I am hungry as hell first thing in the morning.

its already 90% better than it was day 6

i have heard that for oral b-12 to have any effect you need to be taking atleast 1000-3000mcg/ed. Some even recommend 4000mcg/ed

or i could just stop fearing the needle and get some injectable im gonna have to one of these days cause im planning on getting into anabolics in like 2 years
If you inject its 500mcg/ed or 1000mcg/ eod, I belive. It would help you to get used to the pins
