hey whats up, i just receive my CEE from trueprotein but how do i know how much equals a gram, there is no scoop and on the nutrition label doeset say anything can anyone help me.

i think if i remember right 1 teaspoon is like 3-5g's
thats all i use and got results from 1 teaspoon my weight is 220lbs
all right cool thanx, so did u just drink it with water right after u work out along with your PWO; or how did u do it. what kind of results did u get
i drank it with water in a shot glass , as far as the results
faster pumps , and did not feel bloated or look like i was holding water in my face like with mono.
