Does anybody have any experience with citrulline malate? If so what did you think about it? How would you compare it to CEE or monohydrate?
It is not really for short burst of energy, like creatine. IT helps endurance (keeping you stronger longer through sets) and helps clear lactic acid. IT also is a precursor to arginine and can give some pumps (a la NO supps)
