    Source for arginine?

    If NO supplements are just arginine, whats a good product for arginine thats cheaper. I looked around and came up with ultimate nutritions combination or arginine/lycine. Any other ideas?

    NO supplements are more than just arginine.

    not too many people herte using arginine dude but from what i can tell no2 is much more powerful then arginine gram for gram. they tell you to take it before you train but i cant see how thats a good idea as its going in the opposite direction of something like coffee. i get really tired off no2, slightly off arginine so aakg is stronger

    Ive read a lot of peoples posts referring to NO2 supplements as trash. What is the difference bw the NO2 supps and just arginine. What is the best NO2 supp?

    I liked Vasostat by Cytosport. It worked pretty good for me, but I had to take it with food, and about 5 capsules before workout to get a good pump.

    Some of the better ones I have used are No Xplode and Dymatize Expand.

    in life you realy do get what you pay for unfortunately. no2 works really well but i guess you could use more of the others to make up for it

    anything that gets your blood flowing like no2 definately isnt trash.

    L-Arginine is a great supplement that really works, It increases NO in your blood stream, increases sex drive, and shortes the time your hair is in a resting state. It is also a hell of a lot cheaper than NO2. Try take 2 grams in the morning and 2 grams before you lift.

    NO2 works for me. I get much more pumped during workouts, and it last significantly longer (not all day though). I haven't gotten huge, but more vascular and an overall harder look. It won't do much at first unless you're already well conditioned, since obviously you need time to develop the vasculature through which the blood can pump. I didn't get huge, but then again i don't use AS. Much less achiness the next day too.

    Arginine akg is more effective than plain arginine. Some believe that the akg itself is more important than the arginine.

    Take it with a good source of choline such as Alpha GPC, since arginine exerts its effect through the cholinergic system.
