    L-Arginine or AAKG

    After looking into buying L-Arginine, I read that AAKG is a far superior form of Arginine to take. The only problem is the price difference, it is about 4x as much for the AAKG. Will the L-Arginine deliver the same pumps? I am planning on mixing it with creatine, so which would be better in my case to buy with limited funds?

    yeah i my self was going to start l-arginine and l-carnitine, but i need some good advice from some out there. should i take l-arginine befor emy workouts and when i wake up? and when is the best time to take l-claritine? this is what i am going to do with my other supplements......

    phase 1 Phase 2 Phase 3

    methyl-1 tribex CEE Creatine
    multi-vit. GNC GNC Multi-vit GNC Multi-Vit
    CEE Creatine SCI Fit Protien SCI Fit
    Sci-Fit Protien Dextrose L-Arginine
    Dextrose L-Carnitine HMB
    L-Arginine

    sound good or does anyone h ave any suggestions?

    I would opt for acetyl l-carnitine, it is a much better and more bioavailable form, with nueroprotective benefits. As for the list of supps, Im not sure if your asking which combo is best. As for timing of the l-carnitine (or preferably ALCAR) 30 minutes prior to workout and immeadatley after

    when i posted my phases for some reason it poped up all jumbled together.

    this is what i was going to do....

    phase 1 take methyl-1, CEE, CNC Multi-Vit., tri amino after my work outs with dextrose, and flx oil at bed

    phase 2 same thing but use biotest tribex and take out the CEE creatine

    phase 3 put the creatine back, take in 6oxo (they say methyl-1 wont turn into estrogen, bu ti am a little consious. put in HMB before my workout wiht omega 3 6 and 9, and take L-C befor my W/O and PWO, then take L-Arginine in the morning and before my workout, at night HMB-Flax-and ZMA. does HMB really work good?

    any suggestions?

    HMB is a waste of money.
    M 1T does not convert to estrogen.

    HMB is simply a broke-down component of leucine i believe.
