    to many pills at once?

    i was just curious if this is bad or not. i take all my vitamins and pills at the same time in the morning. they consist of vit c,zinc,glutamine/condroitein,multi vitamins,milk thisttle and cla. is it bad to take all of those at the same time?

    it is fine, but read this post about CLA and reconsider. A couple studies showing CLA is bunk

    yep, I would make sure to take them with a meal, but it is fine.

    I think most of those are fine. Personally my morning supplement list is:

    Mulit
    Vitamin C
    Vitamin E
    Fish Oil
    Sesathin
    Calcium

    i know what you mean bro, i take all my **** in the morning with my breakfast.
    3 camphibolic, 1 flax oil pill, 1 b6, 1 b12, 1 vitamin c, 1 multi, 1 adderal (ADD), 1 calcium, and usually an excedrin or 2 for my headaches. Then i need to mix up my creatine and protein. And after all that i gotta shower and get ready for class, maybe thats why i am usually late, my little half hour morning.
