I didnt know ISS made M 1t. They all come from the same powder manufacturer, so it shoust as good as any other. It starts a cascade of reactions in your body minutes after ingesting it. As for seeing actual lbs put on, at least a week and a half. TO subjectively feel more pumps and increased strength, maybe 3-4 days.
