Fish Oil 5 (totaling 3g epa/dha)
Sesathin 2.25g (divided into 3 doses)
Vitamin C 3g (1g in the a.m and 1g pre and pwo)
Vitamin E 600ius (200ius in the a.m. and 200 ius pre and pwo)
r-ala 300mgs (100mgs in the a.m. and 200mg pre wo)
Melatonin 3mgs
NAC 1200mgs
