    Question Do I need more supp?!!

    2 scoops of nitro tech w/ 8oz skim milk (morning)
    4 tablespoons of amino 2222 (dietary sup)also has 34 grams of protien 2 times a day(morning,lunch) and also before ond after workout
    2 scoops of nitro tech W/8oz skim milk(before workout)
    2 scoops of cell tech w/12oz water

    Im gonna go out on a limb here and say you buy your supps at GNC...Please, for the love of God save your self some money and dont buy into the muscle tech hype......

    As for do you need more supps can you type in a little more detail what your goals are bro? Your current stats and such, thanks.

    i want to gain some lean mass. Im not entering any compititions or anything. But I am looking for big results definition,and overall strength.
    Im 5'8" and 155 dont know my bf%.
