I have done clen and creatine PCT, but I have never dont creatine and ephedrine. RIght now i just use ephedrine as a pre-workout stimulant, well ephedrine and caffeine. I just got some of this VPX CEE, and does anyone know if I could go with both, or would that be a bad combo? nsa got any input on this?

I noticed that I don't get as much as a pump while using creatine and ephedrine. But at the moment I'm using them together, and I am still noticing better strength and quicker recovery. I've also thrown in some citruline malate, and I noticed a big increase in strength.

Well ephedrine based products and most other legal fat burners, are diuretics. They take water away from the body. Creatine monohydrate does exactly the opposite. It brings water into the muscle cells. When ephedrine and creatine are ingested at the same time you get one product trying to pull water in while another one is making the body lose water. Ephedrine ends up reducing the effectiveness of the creatine as a result. However im not sure exactly if it would still hold true for CEE. I don't know too much about CEE right now, im planning on reading up on it alot during spring break when i have a break from my studies to learn about CEE among other things.

Ephedrine is also anti NO. NO boosters lower blood pressure, and ephedrine raises BP. So it basically cancels out the effectiveness of NO Boosters as well.

I have been under the impression that these NO boosters based off of arginine are a joke, read a few researches on them saying that it does nothing to effect the NO level in blood.

Good ones are not. Arginine itself doesnt do much. A AKG, or A AKIC work well. Most products like Dymatize Xpand or NO Xplode have other nutrients to support and prolong the action of the A AKG and A AKIC, which make a big difference in a lasting pump, which helps increase blood flow and nutrient delivery to muscles.
