    Question diuretics...

    hey dudes, this is a dumb question, but i just need it confirmed...

    i just started takin some Dandelion Root(natural diuretic) and was wondering what type of fluids i should be drinking?....one guy i talked to said, pound back the water...the other said to cut it right out?...Just need a confirmation. Thanks guys

    Drink lots of water. That itself is a diuretic.

    i normally try and get back about 4 litres a day...push for more or is that plenty?

    That should be alright, but for best results i would shoot for 6-7 liters if possible.
