The truth about hmb,methoxy,liquid creatine and ecdy products

Bad news for any of you people who claim or think hmb,methoxy,liquid creatine and ecdy products work. ALl of them were proven not to by ast. They did sciences on all of these prodcts and none of them are effective or useful..doesnt matter the brand they all are trash.....any of you wanna flame me for this go head this is for the people who dont have money to waste on supps that are fake ......so to all of you this thread is to help and infrom me........just go to asts website if you dont belive me ........but this is to any company who i wasted on methoxy and hmb.i tok it for 4 months and wasted 200 on them and it did shyt for me ........thats the proof.........: to all you companies who lie

HMB is also banned in the uk because considered a drug

HMB works but not enough to significantly build mass maybe a few extra pounds every few months LBM over not taking it

But it is actually quite good at maintaining muscle during a calorie defacet cut


Ecdy does work but not orally

And no one is going to be making an injectable anytime soon
