I just finished a bottle of "Trac" creatine, and just wanted to know if their was any other better creatine out there..?
I got on Trac b/c its doesnt have sugar and less bloat. Whats your pick and why? :lift:

I jsut use creatine monohydrate because i didnt get much bloat and its tasteless

mythel-efx is what i use, b/c its a pre-workout creatine and still has quit a bit of creatine per serving and i have great pumps at the gym

Im using VPX's CEX, i was kinda skeptical at first, but after my shoulder and then my arms day, man, this stuff is giving me a pump like ive never had, i didnt even get it that good from m1t, and they are lasting longer.
