Methyl EFX by Nutricor. I took two scoops b4 todays workout, and It is on par with 50mg E/600mg caffiene. I have a high tolerance to stims (I have taken 100mgs of E/800mgs caffiene b4 plenty of times) but two scoops was more than enough as far as being a pre workout stim. Most should do fine with 1 scoop. Do not try 2 right off the bat as I did, as I am my own guinea pig. 1 serving may be too much for some.
