    Good idea or not?

    Currently 6'0, 195 pounds, body fat somewhere around 12-14% id say. As of right now I only have a 6 pack when I press down on my bottom two abs to spread the fat. Im goin away on spring break in about 3 weeks so I as of right now my goal is to get as cut up and actually add some size in the meantime (would be waterweight from the creatine).

    My plan of action: Keep the diet clean, 6-7 meals a day, 250 or so Complex carbs, 250-300 grams of protein, and about 30-40 grams of fat. Lifting relatively early after my first meal in the morning 5 days a week monday thru friday, Chest, Back, Legs, Shoulders/Tris, Bis with cardio (running 3 miles) every night.

    This is where I come to the question of if it would be a good plan to take the ECY stack (synpherine instead of ephedrine) in the form of Lipo 6 tabs, 2 tabs, 3 times daily, with also injesting 5 g's of Trac Creatine 30 mins before my workouts and once on sat and sunday to keep the creatine levels elevated. I've also already been taking a 5 g's of glutamine before cardio and before bed. Was just wondering if this would work well together or do they clash somehow due to active ingrediants in one or the other.

    My basic goal is to cut down as much as possible while retaining as much muscle mass and adding some size with the creatine water retention... basically I wanna get my body as asthetically sound as possible before this trip.

    do your cardio 1st thing in the morning for 45mins.

    if you must use creatine id go with CEE , so you dont get that bloat look
