I seen this on another board thought I'd share it,cook up 2 cups of oatmeal until it has a cement texture and add natural peanut butter and your favorite choc. protien powder.mix until you get a thick brownie cosistency and refridgerate.cut into bars and have a good source of protien snacks ready to go.

just cook the oatmeal in water until its hard?
Yeah,cook it like normal,then keep stirring it until its real real pastey,but keep stirring so it dont scorch.After that Ijust added two tablespoons of p.butter and choc.powder until it tasted good.
