    creatine and dextrose...please help

I just bought crea-tech from the Vitamin Shoppe (their version of cell-tech). I noticed it had 75g of sugar per scoop. Wouldnt taking that twice a day be way too much sugar. On top of that I take a scoop of Dextrose with my post w/o shake. They suggest taking a scoop of the crea-tech post w/o also. It just sounds like way to much sugar to me. Any advice?

If i'm not mistaken here, the type of sugar thats used in those "pre-mixed" creatine transport powders IS dextrose. So, if you used that post workout w/your protein shake, just dont add your own dextrose and its gonna be pretty similar to what you're doin' now but you'll be takin' creatine with it instead.

A creatine pre mixed with dextrose is worthless, they get absorbed at different rates, and the creatine will not have the dextrose for the transport.

I don't follow this. When I started taking creatine, I used a pre-mixed version as well and saw definite gains.
